If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it and receive a full 100% refund less shipping. If there is nothing wrong with the product You are responsible for shipping both ways.

If the product is being returned due to damaged in Shipping or DOA and we can't fix it then we will pay for shipping charges and refund your money.

Plotter must be in same fully operational state that it was in when shipped with all accessories.
No visible damage unless otherwise noted
